[It was John who reminded Sherlock that he'd promised at one point to buy groceries. that had been a few months ago, but it soon became clear that John had not forgotten. and as he's now lying sick in bed Sherlock hadn't much of an excuse to stay in and slough the duty of on him.

He's standing now outside the grocery with a sack full of things John would likely never have even glanced at let alone decided to buy, but he feels rather accomplished considering he'd remembered milk and conquered the dreaded self-check out. Really, he doesn't see what's so difficult about it.]

Moriarty wasn't one for stalking or following someone around unless he really needed to. But Sherlock was different and he had to admit he was fairly intrigued. Still, the only way he ever contacted the man was through games. They were two people in a massive game of chess and Jim was determined to win.

And, as always, his phone was his best asset.

[He frowns when his phone alerts him and removes it from his pocket, arching his brow at the message. Sherlock looks around briefly, scanning the streets before responding]

"On hiatus, currently.
You're watching me
shop now? That's not
sad at all."

Jim smirked and continued along. Cat and mouse games were ever so fun, especially with someone so very close to being on his level.



Well, it may not of been a fun topic but it wouldn't stop him from being a smart arse.
