Puling John into the pool hand not been enough to stop them getting injured, although when Lestrade and his team had arrived, there was no sign of Jim.
Lying in a hospital bed, Sherlock is currently sporting a broken collar bone, a sprained wrist and more than a few cuts and bruises. But he's in better shape than John, who's asleep in the other bed. It's late now, the doctors had patches them up as best they could and Lestrade had already come and gone.
Sherlock fells he should be allowed to go home but both the doctors and his meddlesome brother have made it clear he's to stay overnight for observation. Luckily he has his phone to keep him company and distract him from worrying over John.]

He's standing now outside the grocery with a sack full of things John would likely never have even glanced at let alone decided to buy, but he feels rather accomplished considering he'd remembered milk and conquered the dreaded self-check out. Really, he doesn't see what's so difficult about it.]

My Mind Rebels At Stagnation
Nov. 17th, 2010 07:45 pm*Sherlock's been in the exact same position for going on two hours now. Stretched out on the couch, eyes fixed on the ceiling and long fingers steepled in front of his lips. Not even his expression has changed. He's thinking of course, deducing. His mind is traveling light years but to anyone watching he could easily be in a catatonic state.*
